Ian Hogarth

Ian formed HRNL with Alan Horton in June 2016 after identifying an opportunity for locally based, trade specialists to manage less complex property claims. Ian has 20+ years’ experience of working in the UK and US Property claims industry for a number of leading third-party suppliers.

Ian is a driven individual who is constantly looking for ways to further improve the business or bring relevant, new initiatives to the market. He is passionate about delivering excellent Customer service and fairness to all parties involved in a claim, Insurer, Customer and Contractors.

Tolga Tari

Tolga Tari is a multifaceted serial entrepreneur, investor and business owner with business interests in a wide range of Industries and markets in the USA, CA, UK and Europe. Tolga has founded, co-founded, invested in and sold several successful businesses from ground up, holding the positions of chairman, CEO, CTO while serving on multiple company boards.

After graduating as a bachelor of science majoring in finance, marketing and computer science and during his earlier career, Tolga has worked in financial services and has spent considerable time in hospitality and technology markets which led to him founding and making investments in technology companies, hospitality companies and real estate.

In addition to being a board director and investor in HRNL, Tolga also oversees the use of IT to ensure the latest technological advances are utilised by HRNL, optimising operational efficiencies and opportunities within the business.

Katherine Draycott

Katherine heads up the internal functions of HRNL as our Director of Internal Operations. She has over 18 years’ experience of working in the UK Insurance Building Repair Industry Katherine, holding previous roles in claims, client relationship, operational leadership & people management.

Responsible for Operational Strategy & Performance, Training & Development and Process Enhancement , Katherine delivers through strong, successful and engaging leadership with a firm dedication to people development and delivery of excellent customer service.

There is very little spare time in Katherine’s world, with a young family to look after, coupled with a packed social calendar – Katherine is the busiest person in HRNL for sure.

Andy Osborne

Andy is the Director of Operational Development with over 20 years experience of working within the UK insurance building repair industry. He has held previous roles as a Surveyor, Network Manager and Operations Manager, providing him with a broad Industry knowledge and experience. 

Andy’s role within HRNL is to identify new and innovative ways to deliver process efficiencies through the development of our systems and applications.

In his spare time Andy is part of a local band.  When not playing a guitar or singing a song, you will probably find him watching his favourite American Football team, Washington Commanders

Sean Murphy

Sean is our Director of Field Operations with over 25 years experience of working within the UK insurance building repair industry. He has held previous roles as a Surveyor, Network Manager and Operations Manager, Insurance Lead at a large building contractor providing him with a broad Industry knowledge and experience. 

Seans’s role within HRNL is to identify new and innovative ways to deliver process efficiencies throughout the Repair network.

In his spare time Sean is a local rugby coach.

Grant Griffin

Grant is our National Surveyor Network Manager having extensive experience of working within the UK insurance surveying industry. Grant has held previous roles as a Surveyor, Network Manager providing him with a broad Industry knowledge and experience. 

Grant’s role within HRNL is to manage, maintain and support the directly employed and subcontract surveyor network.

I have been surveying for the last 15 years and joined HRNL as the National Surveyor Network Manager on the 1 May 2022

Luke Johnson

Luke is our Operational Account Manager having 7 years experience of working within the UK insurance building repair industry. He has held previous roles as a Surveyor co-ordinator, Claims handler, Technical Validation and Team Leader, providing him with a broad Industry knowledge and experience. 

Luke’s role within HRNL is to identify new and innovative ways to deliver process efficiencies through close working with our insurance clients.

In his spare time Luke a keen golfer and is an avid football fan supporting the worlds greatest team Manchester United

Sam Holland

Sam is our Operational Team Lead having had more than 20 years experience of working within the UK insurance building repair industry. Sam has held previous roles as a Complaints Manager, Network Manager, Technical Validation and Team Leader, providing Sam with a very broad and experienced knowledge of the industry. 

Sams’s role within HRNL is to ensure the efficient running of the claims department working very closely with Katherine Draycott.

In her spare time Sam is an avid equestrian

Russ Kitching

Russ is our head of glazing operations having over 15 years’ experience working within the UK insurance glazing industry. He has held previous roles as pricing/specifications manager, customer care executive and team leader, providing him with broad industry knowledge and experience within the field. 

Russ’s role at HRNL is to ensure the efficient running of the glazing department which including working closely with contractors and clients.

In his spare time Russ loves to try his hand at a variety of sports, including football and running, as well as getting out exploring the countryside with his daughter Lily.

John Arundale

John is our Technical lead for glazing services, having over 25 years’ experience working within the UK insurance glazing industry. He has held previous roles as installation engineer and surveying supervisor, providing him with broad knowledge on all aspects of glazing repairs having worked on the tools for over 20 years. 

John’s role at HRNL is to provide technical claim assessments and advice to ensure claims are dealt with efficiently and fairly.

In his spare time John loves to spend time with his family, is very passionate about music and military history.
