Emergency & Reactive Glazing

HRNL has built a UK wide network of reactive professional, experienced Glazing Contractors working within a 15/25 mile radius of their base location to deliver a response service when needed.. Our Glazing network is able to manage all types of damaged Glass, within Timber, uPVC, Aluminium or Metal Frames.

Our services range from securing broken glass in a small window to replacing broken sealed units in Patio doors through to repairing Smashed shop fronts. We have professional Commercial Glazing Contractors with access to specialist lifting equipment and experienced installation teams. Window & Door Repair Service

Often damage to a window or door can be repaired by trained professional repairers using specialist materials and equipment reducing cost and time to complete repairs for the Homeowner and the Insurance Company.

HRNL adopts a ‘Repair 1st’ approach to repairing damaged items, only replacing complete windows and doors when it is not possible to undertake a successful repair.

We have built a comprehensive network of specialist repair technicians across the UK who are able to undertake repairs to scratches, dents and broken sections of windows and doors or damaged frame hardware, such as handles, stays, keeps or locking mechanisms.

The specialist repair technicians HRNL uses do not provide replacement products, ensuring there is no potential conflict of interest when appointed to undertake a repair.

HRNL is able to offer Homeowners access to a network of local experienced Garage Door Repair & Replacement suppliers. Our supplier partners are Manufacturer approved specialists in Garage Doors and are able to offer expert advice on repairs, options for upgrading your garage door and information on the latest available products from multiple manufacturers around the world.

By leveraging our supply chain arrangements with our Garage Door suppliers, we are able to offer highly competitive pricing to both UK Insurance Companies if undertaken as part of a Home Insurance claim, or direct to Homeowners if they wish to upgrade or replace their existing Garage Door.

Conservatory Repairs

When damage occurs to a Conservatory or Orangery, regardless of style or manufacturer, HRNL is able to appoint one of its specialist Conservatory repair Contractors based across the UK.
