We do not charge contractors and tradespeople joining or subscriptions fees or deduct commission from repair charges on insurance related repair work.

Drone Operators
Roofing contractors – Are you interested in possibly using drones to assist in surveying roofing damage jobs, but not sure where to start?
HRNL use a network of fully licensed and insured drone operators across the UK to collect roof damage images. Building Damage Surveyors
The surveyors HRNL uses to validate and settle property damage claims all have a minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience, are fully trained in working in customers’ homes and have undertaken DBS security checks.
All surveyors will provide an impartial assessment of claims and will not leave the property until the validation of the claim has been agreed upon and discussed directly with the policyholder. The surveyor will provide total customer choice of fulfillment options based on the clients’ requirements. These being either cash, network contractor or the submission of estimates for consideration.
