Surveying

The HRNL building surveyor network is fully trained to identify the causes of damage and build accurate repair specifications.

Property Damage Surveys

HRNL has an experienced network of building surveyors who undertake the validation, settlement and audit of property damage claims across the UK. The HRNL surveyor network is fully trained and experienced in identifying the cause of damage for all property damage claim perils, including storm, escape of water, impact and malicious damage and are able to build accurate repair specifications with associated reinstatement costs.

The surveyors HRNL use to validate and settle property damage claims all have a minimum of 5 years construction industry experience, are fully trained in working in customers’ homes and have undertaken DBS security checks.

Local

HRNL is able to provide an accurate claim validation service through its locally based building damage surveyors.

Fair

We look at each claim on its own circumstances and the damage incurred, we do not target or incentivise any of our staff or external surveyors to achieve specific claim outcomes or settlement amounts. Supporting digital images are collected and provided on each claim we assess. This information is also available to the customer to support the validation decision on a claim.

Consistency

For valid claims, the HRNL surveyor (desk or field based) builds a repair specification using the Insurer’s or clients preferred schedule of repairs/rates to ensure consistency and clarity in calculating settlement offers.

Speech

Professional

For claims that are not covered by the insurance policy in place, HRNL would sympathetically, yet professionally decline the claim with the customer advising why the claim isn’t covered and discussing with them any queries they may have regarding the decision made.

Drone Operators

HRNL has built a network of trained, qualified and insured drone pilots across the UK to aid in the inspection of damaged roof areas and multi-storey properties.

Drones are now recognised as a cost effective, efficient and safe means to inspect hard to access roof areas on buildings. As a result, drone footage can help assess, analyse and review, without committing to the expense of erecting scaffolding, hiring cranes or deploying suspended access cradles, cherry pickers.

Using drones for inspections can save hours for workmen, identifying precise locations of problem areas and allowing them to set priorities and a timetable for planned or urgent maintenance.

Cost Effective

Our drone survey service provides a cost effective, safe and speedy solution for hard to reach surveys, providing high definition images and media.

Speedy

HRNL drone operators can capture data more quickly and more effectively with a drone than traditional methods.

Licensed & Insured

All HRNL drone operators are fully trained, licensed, and insured to perform commercial drone inspections.

Accessibility

Drone surveys are ideal for multi-storey properties or where access is restricted or controlled.

The prompt responses and excellent customer service is everything you want and need when dealing with an issue. Thank you very much
