During this unprecedented period for all, Organisations everywhere are currently facing a challenge that’s unlike any which we’ve faced before. The safety and health of our Staff, Contractors, Surveyors and Customers is always of the utmost importance to us and we have introduced changes to our working practices and operating hours to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times
The situation is complex and evolving rapidly so we will continue to be in touch and will provide updates via our website and email facilities. We are closely following UK government advice and safe working practices for our Contractors, Surveyors and Customers. We will update our approach in accordance with any new government recommendations as they become available.
Where it is safe to do so, we will continue to provide a Surveying and / or Repair service across the UK, however there are situations and circumstances where this may not be possible. This may be where there are difficulties in working in accordance of safe working distances if more than 1 Tradesperson is required, such as Roofing or where members of a Customers household are self isolating.
Live Chat – We have introduced a ‘Live Chat’ facility for Customers to discuss their claim with a HRNL Claims Handler. To access the Live Chat facility, please see the ‘Chat’ icon at the bottom of the main HRNL web page on the right hand side. You will be directed to a HRNL Claims Advisor who will assist with any enquiry you may have between 09.00 and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Telephone Service – Due to reduced staffing levels at this current time, we have needed to reduce our telephone opening hours to Monday – Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm
